I was a bit concerned about the locks being damaged because the outer cover was made of plastic (metal inside) and it protruded a bit, but it survived nicely.Pros - Didn’t see any damage or scratches after air travel and road trips; Rolls smoothly and very maneuverable; Wheels are very quiet, except on very rough surfaces; Very solid handle (doesn’t wiggle); Surprisingly got several compliments.Cons - Sometimes hard to roll on 4 wheels in thick carpet - still very maneuverable but had to sometimes roll on 2 wheels (okay on thin carpet).The only improvements I could think of are adding a bottom grab handle to make it easier to grab luggage from airport carousel and making sizes conform to airline requirements - I ended up getting the 24-inch as the 28-inch was over the 62 linear inches airline requirement for checked luggage. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Happy Traveler‼️ *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on October 1, 2023* I initially bought the 20 and 26 inch of this luggage, traveled with them and was so pleased with them I came back and bought this 24 inch which I just took on a trip to Paris.
