I received a sample of the lemon bar in the mail. I tried it and absolutely loved it. They are very fresh and nutritious. They don't melt as I had one in my fanny pack for almost 2 weeks and forgot about it and it was still good to eat. I love the variety pack because not only do I love the lemon bars but the blueberry and apple are delicious as well. They are very sturdy and hold up in my fanny pack. These bars are not super dry but they're not super moist. In my opinion they are healthier than other granola bars on the market.

Fresh, chewy, almost like a fruit jerky texture but denser. AMAZING FLAVOR! Very moist but solid and non sticky. Could easily split without more than like two crumbs. This is straight from Amazon to my cabinet. I have not taken one out of the house so I am unsure of the melt resistance. Of this bar. I’d imagine it would just push more moisture outwards so you would need to wash your hands.

I bought these bars for the blueberry bar but wanted to try the others. I gave some to friends for Valentines day. The lemon has a sweet and tart taste. The apple has a cinnamon, apple taste, and the blueberry is a good blueberry taste. They are fresh and wrapped. I keep them in refrigerator and they are not too hard to chew. They are not too dry either. I like trying a variety but you can buy a box of one type at a time. I like that there are nuts in some. I like that they use dates to make them sweet because I never get to eat dates any more. They add to the taste.

Great bars with simple ingredients. I love the texture and how clean they feel. Not a fan of the lemon flavor, I get tired of it quickly, but my husband loves it, so it clearly depends on the taste buds. The blueberry muffin and apple pie ones are perfect.
