[EDITED] I'm returning to this review after about 3 weeks to modify it down to one star. Originally the screen seemed to work okay, although the color was dim and desaturated (to be expected with third party screens). Now 3 weeks in, the screen is unbearably awful to use--the touch functionality is laggy and will often completely freeze up. The pixel density is so low I can actually see dark lines running vertically up and down the screen. I realize it's a cheap 3rd party screen but I draw the line at doing the one thing it needs to do--being a touch screen. I often have to turn the screen off and on again to unfreeze the touch functionality. Sometimes while typing it randomly starts typing letters I wasn't touching. Oftentimes the corners or top of the screen won't register touches at all. Look elsewhere, this screen is junk. [ORIGINAL REVIEW] I'm very experienced replacing phone screens so this one was not too hard. Took me maybe an hour with the tools provided (and some more that I had). I've seen lots of replacement iPhone screens in my time repairing them so here's my review of this one (immediately upon install): The good: It's a display. The touch functionality seems to work just fine, the front camera and ambient light sensors appear unobstructed, and everything works. The HZ rate of the screen appears to match the OEM. If your screen was horribly cracked and unusable, this one will be not cracked and usable. The bad: -The saturation is noticeably worse. Colors do appear slightly faded and desaturated. This is one of those "you get what you pay for" moments. For the average eye, you will probably not notice, and even a discerning eye will likely eventually get used to it. -The brightness is also across the board lower. Not by a huge margin but it's definitely lower in NITS. -The bottom of the screen is a few millimeters shorter than the original. Not a huge deal, but it's definitely a mm or 2 less screen space. On a phone that is already "mini," that might bother some people. All that to be said--this is a cheap 3rd party iPhone screen replacement at a fraction of the price of an OEM Apple repair. It'll work. If a perfect screen replacement is what you're looking for, this isn't it. But it is functional (so far), does the job and will extend the life of your phone. I do like that it comes with a screen protector, even though it is definitely a super cheap one and is hard to install.

For the price this is definitely worth it color doesn’t look washed out brightness is good, be weary tho do not use the included screw drivers they WILL strip, the suction cut was essential to get the screen to lift up, once installed the bezels do look huge but I honestly forgot how thick they were to begin with so it might be the same as original, the included waterproofing gasket was actually pretty good has a good installing method and very strong glue, the screen sits flush at the top but there is a bit of sticking out from the phone near the bottom, not the end of the world since this is the cheapest I could find on Amazon; overall this is a great screen replacement for the cheap and breathed some new life into my nephews iPhone 11

My first experience with this screen was a little wonky from the beginning. During installation, it took a while to get some of the connectors to properly seat and stay connected, but I eventually got everything installed and the phone was working normally. Unfortunately, within only a day or two, the touchscreen started malfunctioning and became increasingly unresponsive. At first I assumed I would just need to reopen the phone and check the connections. Then I looked more closely and realized the replacement screen itself was physically separating from its frame and lifting away from the phone. I decided to remove the screen to inspect it. After removing the screws and opening the phone, the display separated extremely easily, while the screen’s adhesive/frame remained attached. The screen assembly itself appears to have delaminated or separated from the portion that was supposed to remain bonded to it. This wasn’t cracked from a drop or damaged during normal use—it simply began coming apart shortly after installation. I’ve requested a replacement and hope the second one is better, but the first screen I received was clearly defective.

It does more than enough for a $35 screen. It’s not perfect, doesn’t retain the high resolution or color depth of an OLED, but it’s also not $200. Very very satisfied would buy again! Saved my butt!!

I bought this as it was showing as Amazon's choice and, though the reviews were mixed, I'm really pleased I chose this one. It's the first time I've changed a phone screen myself but the instructions provided by the seller are very good and there are also great instructional videos available on the internet. The screen's been on a week now and I've had no problems with it at all. The colours did look slightly different when I first changed it, but I'm used to the new one now so it doesn't seem different anymore and actually seems crisper. It did take a while to loosen the screws with the tools provided, but if you use a better screwdriver then it doesn't take any time at all. For the price, this is perfect, good value for money! Hopefully I won't smash my screen again and need another one, but if I do then I'd definitely chose this seller and product!

Still not received tool kit for screen replacement

4 Jahre sturzfrei und dann ist es passiert. Handy Display gerissen. Weil mir am alten Handy doch noch was lag entschied ich mich den Display zu wechseln. Und da reichen die Preise ja von billig bis teuer. Und dennoch obwohl dieser Display im unteren Preissegment angesiedelt ist funktioniert er wie er soll. Er leuchtet sogar wieder richtig wenn nicht sogar noch etwas mehr als der alte. Allerdings sollte man aufpassen das kein Homebutton dabei ist! Ich konnte zum Glück den alten wiederverwenden, allerdings musste ich das Display noch einmal ausbauen da es mir zu spät aufgefallen war. Alles in allem sehr zufrieden.

Das Dislay läuft einbahnfrei. Bin begeistert. Gute Bildqualität und Farben sind sehr lebhaft.
