Dislike the flavor, but easy to use. Seller offered refund.
UPDATE: due to my not liking it, seller offered a refund. I like the customer service. While I disliked the flavor, but easy to use, it was food so didn't try to return. I keep trying to use it and cover with sweetner. and mix with other tea flavors. If you don't mind a strong plant/vegie flavor, you might get to like it. It is a nice hit of extra energy. Thanks for the refund.

I was a bit skeptical about the 100 tea bags and the very reasonable price. I researched the brand and it had very good write-ups. Comes from Japan and is known for very high quality.

Tastes like Lipton
This tea tastes like Lipton. Not necessarily a bad thing, but not what I was hoping for. It has none of the grassy aroma and smoothness of what I expect from a good Japanese green tea. Tealux kindly offered a full refund.
