Is the timer supposed to start counting down when lockdown is engaged?

I'm afraid not, you're supposed to push the "Set" button to start and stop the timer. It's a good bottom of the barrel starter for small qty runs. I use my for making quick samples. My production machine starts at $2500 to $10K.

DON'T KNOW I'VE NEVER HAD ONE. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS AGAIN. IT'S PROBABLY SOMETHING YOU'VE DONE WRONG.
