**Q: can I use this to join hedge trimmer wires?**
A: I could not recommend, your hedge trimmer is normally protected by a 5 amp fuse so 30 amp connectors is excessive and what about protection against weather !

**Q: I need to connect 10 bulbs (10 n and 10 l cables) with 1L and 1N to connect my chandelier to the ceiling. Will this do the job?**
A: The connector allows the joining  of 2 cables you can not   have  1 pair  input and 10 out  i think this would be too much

I have used these blocks for various electrical jobs around the house. They are rated at 30A so no worries there. They are easy to use as the openings are nice and wide and the screws hold the wires tightly in place. They also fit neatly into a 'choc box' style junction box. Much better than messing around with those awful circular junction boxes from the DIY store.
