Very easy to use and works great! It crushes even the tiniest pills to a fine powder with very little effort. I would definitely buy this again if needed, but it's very sturdy so won't need to for a long time.

More than impressed by this pill crusher. It was extremely helpful while providing medication for my wife as she was in hospice and eventually passed away. If you are using large pills to crush you might want to shake the pill crusher a little while you are trying to break the pills down into powder since some of the pill will just become slivers but not powder. Eventually I got the hang of it and had no problems with completely crushing into powder even large pills.

Once you put the pill in, turn handle a few times and you have powder.
