Decent Protein powder. Much better than many othe plant protein
I find this a reasonably good plant protein after trying many Indian plant proteins. This is worth the investment. The taste is also not that bad. Most importantly after effects are good. Otherwise, some plant protein products in the market have extreme heaviness. This protein is relatively easy to digest.

Good Vegan protein, but chalky/gritty aftertaste!
Good protein powder, easy to mix. I did not have any digestive issues. The texture of the drink either you mix it with milk or water, tastes very chalky and gritty. It's hard to swallow. It also has a thickening agent that even with water makes it smoothie like. But I am getting used to this now, just a fair warning for anyone trying this plant protein.

Pathetic taste and bloating
Having GNC’s repute in mind bought this. Both me and my wife have just one view - pathetic taste, after drinking it feels that throat and tongue are rinsed with thick oil. Tried for a week and every day caused bloating and heaviness. Stopped taking this protein and life was good again. Please don’t buy this pathetic product.

Contains large amount of iron
The protein seems ok to digest and does have a decent nutrient profile. But it contains a huge amount of iron which can cause some problems in people who has gastric issues. I will recommend to avoid this . I used 2 bottles but I had to visit a doc and get tests done as I was getting an overdose of iron with this powder. I changed to another brand and everything was fine. Be aware
