Review: Excited! - Brilliant. Our 5yr old son took to this within minutes. Initially it was a game, he learnt and could recite all the emotions against the corresponding value. We simply ask how he is feeling, and responds with the number. He adjusts the "Me" card against the board throughout the day. He also volunteers how he is feeling now too. Definitely easier and clearer on both parties of how he feels which was previously a challenge. We purchased one for school as well to provide further continuity. Yes you could make one yourself, but C'mon, good product,well made and worthy cause.

**Q: Why do you use symbols not photos? Don't photos work better?**
A: Using symbols instead of photos helps make it easier to understand emotions, especially for autistic people who might find it hard to recognize feelings on people's faces.

**Q: What makes your visual supports much more durable?**
A: Our visual are made from non-toxic plastic. The images are printed directly onto the plastic, so they can't split like laminated card, & are waterproof. They won't rip or crease like cardstock, yet they are lightweight and semi-flexible for safety.

**Q: What size are the board and symbols? Why are they this size?**
A: The board is A4, the me symbol is 4.5cm, the keyring is 7cm. Board is great to either display or to carry around with you. The symbols have been designed to be perfectly sized for young hands to hold, yet large enough to easily see.

**Q: How many symbols come with the board?**
A: The board comes with 1 me symbol, and 6 colour-coded emotions symbols on the binding ring. Because it uses hook and loop fasteners though, it is compatible with your existing PECs symbol library.

**Q: Can this be customised?**
A: Unfortunately not, because the plastic printing process means symbols need to be mass produced. However, it comes with 6 pre-printed emotions symbols that have been carefully chosen in consultation with our customers.
