We drape it over the wifi router and two types of phones on our desk and plug it in to the nearest wall outlet. My husband bought a $36 EMF tester and without the Faraday cloth it registered the wifi router at 197.6 milli Gauss. With the cloth over it, it registered 0.0 ! We switched the tester to measure micro Tesla and it measured 17.51 and zero with the cloth over it! If you are picky about the looks of it, you would want to know that it feels like plastic and looks quite creased the more you use it. But we care more about the protection!
