Fiskars Classic Embroidery Micro-tip Scissor

This is a trusted brand and one I have used for a long time. It never disappoints me. The scissors are sharp and cut thread very easily, especially with the pointed ends. I really like the small size, as it makes them much easier to use when getting into well-hidden parts of a garment or trimming threads close to the fabric. The grip feels comfortable and secure, which makes them easy to control when doing detailed sewing, embroidery or garment work. They are also very portable and easy to keep in a sewing kit, craft bag or beside the machine. The blade cover is a useful extra, especially for storing them safely or carrying them around without worrying about the sharp ends. Overall, they are reliable, sharp, comfortable to use and handy to keep nearby. I would happily buy this brand again.

Great scissors very sharp

I've been using pairs of these to cut nails for years, and they're fantastic for it. Also perfect for neatening hair edges. Don't try to use them for cutting anything tougher, but if you do damage the pin through them by doing so a couple of taps with a suitable hammer will often rescue a pair.

Absolutely excellent scissors, worth every penny. I bought these to replace a very old pair which finally - finally! - gave up the ghost and I do not for one second regret paying a premium for such an excellent product.
