Monstrum Precision Weaver Scope Rings

Very Good product! I do think all rings should be lapped before installing an optic in them, but I went ahead and used mine as I received them. I have used them on several of my guns and love them. use blue loctite on the screws and a inch pound torque wrench. I like the base feature which works with weaver and picatinny rails to prevent movement. Just a good product at a great price.

This is a very robust and well made set of rings! The four top screws and wider ring section make these extra sturdy and make for a super positive grip on the scope tube. I have no doubt that these will stay put indefinitely. The machine work and finish is also really nice . R.J.

I gave these 4 stars because they worked fine after I had to file a small amount off of the underside of the bottom tab on the ring. It might have been because of the base that Ruger supplied on my new 10/22 but it fit great after i did this. You have to make sure the claw surfaces fully engage their recesses on the base. If you can't fix this little problem, you probably don't need to be mounting your own scope. But......I like 'em just fine

I love these rings. They seem to be on par with Vortex Pro Rings that cost 80 dollars.

I bought these to replace the mounts I had on my shotgun. They are great fit and hold the scope perfectly in place. Sighted it in and they didn't come loose or need to be tightened down again at all. Will definitely buy them for my next rifle.

The one star is for the factory error of not checking what they are packaging, I ordered the Monstrum Precision Rings for 1 inch diameter tube/ Weaver Mount/ 0.80 Height and thats what the box that they come in says, problem is the rings are correct except for the Weaver Mount, they are Picatinny Mount and won't work on the gun's factory rail so rather than go to all the trouble of sending them back and hope that the replacements would be the correct ones not the same mistake again I just ordered the correct rail for another sixteen dollars invested. Monstrum makes good products but they need to take the time and be sure to put them in the correct boxes.
