POWERbreathe Classic Medium Resistance

I have a minor case of asthma and this product had an almost immediate effect on my lung-capacity. I have started half a twist above minimum pressure and intend to stay there for a month or so. Even Superman might asphyxiate himself at the maximum level.

I got this product to see if it would help me improve my running. I suffer with asthma and have all ready found that it has helped a great deal with my running!I found an improvement within 3 weeks of using it. Well worth the money!

Great product - have found benefis from regular use in the very short time that I have been using it. I have sarcoidosis (lungs are scared) and frequently get shortness of breath - I still have to do some more training with it - but have percieved an increase in capacity and some relief in the short term. Lets see what happens in a couple of months.

Not sure this works as it should. Tightening or loosening it often doesn't have the desired effect, sometimes does the opposite of what it should, it also difficult to keep on the desired setting and is not that easy to clean.

I am writing this on behalf of my wife for whom the product was purchased. She has had breathing problems for some time and saw this product advertised and was perhaps a little sceptical. However we decided to go ahead with the purchase. She has been using it for approximately three weeks and is convinced that there has been a noticeable improvement in her condition - particularly for activities such as dog walking and gardening. She certainly plans to continue its use, and on that basis would have no hesitation in recommending it

I’m sure it’s lovely and will be just what I need. However all the instructions are in a foreign language so I have no idea how to use it

I am an ex-smoker (probably 9 or 10 years) and COPD sufferer. This is the second Powerbreathe I have sampled over the past few years. I was willing to try anything that might assist my breathing. I am convinced but wonder how much I have psychologically assisted that process ... my beathing has improved. My one criticism would be that the handle is not rigid and a slight movement from one side to the other can either make it almost impossible to draw breath or too easy to have any effect.

Great product but very disappointed to discover that this is only £29.99 direct from the manufacturers website not the £39.99 i was charged on Amazon.
