This vanilla extract is the bees knees!
This vanilla extract is really good. It has a lovely smell and flavour and no added sugar. It *is* an alcohol-based one, as the ethanol helps to dissolve the vanilla down (I think. I could be wrong though so don't quote me on it). It's also vegetarian and Kosher - and they also believe it to be vegan because the farmers in Madegascar use mulch made from support stake cuttings from pruning. And it's fair trade - what's not to like?
