Good product but the mirco load dictation does not work.

Not at all recommended. The package came with box which was not sealed just a sticky tape attached to one side of the box on opening the package the thermocol inside was broken in pieces had real trouble taking the ups out. On switching on the ups it was working but battery percentage showed only 75 % of battery. I thought may be after charging it may display 100%. But when I plugged in the ups the battery percentage in the display suddenly jumped from 75% to 100% , I thought maybe it’s just showing so but after 4 hrs of continuous charging it showed 100 % but as soon as I connected it to my desktop battery went back to 75% it is then only I got to know the product they send me was defective probably battery issue , it is very bad to know that there is no proper replacement or return options. First u have option via Amazon for troubleshooting and customer care. And replacement option is available only if it’s damaged.No option for return of defective item. Iam a frequent buyer from Amazon but didn’t expect such things to happen

Excellent UPS for Reliable Power Backup! I recently purchased the Artis UPS, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations! 1. No beep on battery mode: only long 1 long beep when ups switch is on and 1 beep when power goes off. No beep while in battery mode. On low battery beeps 1 per second. EDIT for point 1: As customer care person said it's silent UPS which doesn't beep on UPS mode to avoid interruption during zoom / team call. Secondly, the display will be always ON in ups mode. 2. LCD display wrong load: when 1 and 2 laptops connected and both laptops are on but load 0% showing. On additional 200watt load it's 50% load showing. EDIT for point 2: As conveyed by customer care, it will not detect micro load or even minor load. 3. LCD display wrong battery percentage: Battery showing 100%, then quickly comes to 50%, then at 25% low battery beeps every second. Actual backup seems less . EDIT for point 3: I personally observed that in ups mode, battery immediately drops from 100% to 75% and remains at 75% for most of the runtime, then it comes to 50% and immediately to 25% and low battery beep starts and the worst thing happens that even on minor load, it hardy sustain few seconds in low battery mode and then goes off. At least 1 or 2 minutes in low battery is required to power off connected device like computer etc. 4. Display: Easy to read and touch respond is OK. Display light goes off after 19 seconds so it's also OK, but there is no indicator to determine whether it's on or off in ups mode or in mains mode. EDIT for point 4: In offline situations, only display will be on and always on to avoid beep and maintain silence. 5. Despite replacement option, there is only refund option available, as seller doesn't have stock for replacement. EDIT for point 5: Artis Customer Care person Mr Shahnawaz helped me by saying that seller will get stock after 1 Day, then I should select replacement. I did so and got another unit after a week. Again I am returning this (no replacement option now) due to same problem in point no 3.

I have tested this UPS with 10% load. This is with a home desktop PC with 22inch LCD monitor. Soon as mains was turned off, it displayed battery capacity as 75%. It worked very well for 1 hour giving backup and at the end battery capacity was still 50%. I consider this performance as very good for a UPS of this size and specification. I wish the power button is made large in size and some LED indication about ON condition is needed. I fail to comprehend why we have to import this type of UPS from China ....What happened to our Make in India programs ? Edit May 2025 : It is very difficult to operate switch of this UPS. It can be operated only with slim fingers or with sharp finger nails🙁. Hence I modified front panel power button to make it easy to operate. I hope Artis will listen to customer feedbacks

The unit is well suited for application as a UPS for a desktop PC, with load of CPU, monitor and printer. The UPS is compact and well designed. The smaller icons on the touch screen are a tad difficult to read, but that's not a deal breaker. My need is to bridge the time gap between power outage and generator cut in, about 15 seconds. Hence I have not checked how long the battery back up lasts. Meets my needs 100%.
