(Sorry, no pictures) Had about 3 lbs of shoulder roast and placed it into the instapot. Added about a 3rd of a can of Birria Marinade and equal amount of water. Set it to medium for about 1.5 hours and TADDA* Birria was done!! Just went in there with a couple of forks to pull all the meat apart and let it sit in it's juices. Made the whole house smell like a Mexican restaurant! On a hot cast iron pan, I melted some bacon grease (can use pork lard, beef tallow or butter) and brought it up to medium high. I dipped a tortilla in the Birria juice and fried one side, flipped, added cheese and and Birria meat into it and folded, flipped one more time and serve!...
