ANYTHING SPORTS Heavy Duty Adjustable Leg Extension and Curl Machine 2.0

This machine is well built, metal is not flimsy. It can accommodate 1 and 2 inch weights with the included adapter. The padding for seat and back are thick but firm, exactly what you want when you throw on serious weight. The swinging shin guard might throw some people off, just rotate the placement a lil closer of you need less movement, I personally think it make getting in and out of leg extension position easier and is a must for leg curls. The amount of effort to put this together was minimal my $15 socket set and a hammer was all that was needed. When installing the safety pin you will need to hammer, rotate so the pin is in a position straight vertical and you can pound it in with 2 or 3 swings. Overall very happy with purchase.

This machine was the biggest waste of money and I’m now trying to sell it for 25% of what I paid. The hamstring curls cut off at a 70% range of motion and are super uncomfortable. The leg extensions have the pad ride up to the middle of your shins and I’ve had 6 different people try it. You can even do proper leg extension because the pad should be at your ankles not mid shin. Bought this for my home gym and it’s a useless piece of junk. Save your money

The leg extension is good. The leg curl is so uncomfortable and does not work. I still have not figured out how to complete the leg curl. Buy this if you’re only looking for leg extension. And the instructions are not the best!!!!!

My biggest complaint from equipment like this that is typically made overseas (China), is the quality of materials used is junk. I was pleasantly surprised putting this thing together because the quality of material and components used is actually quite good. Most places use the cheap plastic bearings and bushings that break first time you use it. This unit actually comes with real metal bushings. Put a little gun oil on them before you assemble and they are super smooth. My only complaint is the handles that you are supposed to hold onto while doing strenuous exercise, slip off the bars… which throws you off balance. Need to figure out how to glue them on without getting crap all over my gym floor. This is my only reason for giving them a 4 star review.

I have read all the other reviews that was posted for this machine by others, for me the drawing needs a little work. So, what worked the best for me is that I read the instructions and then started zooming in on the product photos from Amazon's product photos, this was helpful in my assembly. I did not have to modify anything; All screws and bolts was used except for three small washers and one nylon locknut, guess these were spare parts. It took me about an hour to get all the pieces together just finger tight and then I tightened everything, completed the job in about Two hours. The leg curl machine is a great buy for me. it is heavy duty and am looking forward for years of use and would Highly Recommend this.

Does it work (kinda)? I guess if this is just in your home and that's all you got... Then it's ok. But this is not a very quality set up product. The back rest wobbles. The seat is too high for the leg extension to fully extend our. The plate load pin is too thin, so weights rattle around. And NO THIS IS NOT A GOOD UNIT FOR HAMSTRING CURLS.
