Great substrate used in all my aquarium and always dose grate with live plants

Tetra substrate fixed clowdy water problem for my aquarium. I placed substrate as the lower level, added one more layer of pond substrate, covered with stones. Plants love it, water cleared in couple days. Also added good bacteria gel into filter, all worked well for plants and fish are happy.

It is good for price and works as it should

Still thriving after a long time. Nice chunky substrate, cloudy but easily rinsed, some floating pieces but not a problem. Nice rich colour and provided my plants with nutrients they needed. Not too heavy as I only bought small amount. Easy to use as instructions were basic and loaded into my tank after washing. My fish filter all day long living the larger sized pieces. I have medium to large fish and they love it. Great x

Plants grow well in it. Looks nice as well. Needs a lot of washing before use.

Great substrate but even a small tank needs more than one bag. 18" by 9".

The bag was much bigger than I’d expected so really good value compared to other types of substrate. It is quite dusty so needs a good rinse before use, but otherwise really easy to use and looks nice in my tank. A few pieces have decided to float to the top but they’re too big to get stuck in the filter and easy to pick out. I would buy this again.

Needed a lot of cleaning. Good for new tank set up but don't use if you have fish already and be patient with it. Also a fair admit of it floated and was therefore useless

Sin problemas a la hora de ponerlo. Buen enraizado de las plantas... Peeeeeero! Si no le poneis grava encima, habrá bolitas que floten, durante unos días. Y algunas que no dejen de hacerlo. Por lo demás, volvería a usarlo. Hasta ahora mi elección era Manado, pero este, por el momento, nada que envidiar

3l is good quantity for a 10 gallon aquarium. I had some plants that were struggling without a good soil. So planted them in this and now they are slowly gaining health. This aquasoil comes at a better price vs the competition. The texture is good and it releases a bunch of nutrients that supports plant growth. But you need to rinse it multiple times before adding to the aquarium as it tends to have a lot of impurities that need to be washed off.

Ottimo substrato per acquario. Nel mio caso il sacco è arrivato perfettamente imballato e integro. Prima di inserirlo in vasca, va sciacquato in un secchio qualche volta per togliere la polvere in eccesso. Il colore è un naturale marroncino, che riporta al fondale limoso dei fiumi ammazzonici. La granulometria della ghiaia non è troppo fine, permettendo un ottimo scambio di acqua tra di essa ed impedendo la creazione di zone anossiche. Il sacco da 6lt è stato suffciente per coprire con 3cm di spessore il fondo di un acquario da 80lt. L'unico difetto che trovo, sono gli spigoli dei sassolini non proprio del tutto arrotondati, che potevano essere lavorati meglio. Tuttavia, non sembra che diano alcun fastidio ai barbigli del mio banco di Cory Panda, che anzi, si divertono come matti a grufolare nella ghiaia in cerca di cibo.
