Is this paper fountain pen friendly?

The paper thickness and texture is very similar to regular copy paper. It really depends on how you want to use it. Single sided, I would say yes. Double sided, no. My fine point sharpie bled through the page.

I'm not sure. But it is nice and thick.

Yes. The paper it self I noticed is very smooth. I use a regular pen or pencil on it. Seems to be working great.
