They are designed to IP67. What does IP67 waterproof mean? IP67 rated products are waterproof; however, they do have a limit. The product does not allow water to get inside under normal water pressure from a hose. If it is immersed in water, it can bear up to 15cm. Easy to tuck them out of the way and safe from immersion in water. Using these on my bikes and the connection was easy in IOS “Find My” and straightforward. Nice to know they’re safe at home or when out can change the notification location when parked up. A good bit of reassurance for very little money. Best of all no subscriptions, apple ready and CR2032 battery compatible. Guess you should buy reliable Duracell or similar when replacing as past experiences with cheap batteries in car fobs has taught me a lesson!
