Works very well, I just recently got it so maybe in the future I’ll update about it. But so far it works well, I haven’t got any sort of rust. The lid fits the kettle snug. The kettle keeps heat for a little duration once it’s heated also when holding the temperature it won’t be the exact initial temperature just near. The volume for the device buttons is kinda loud but you can turn it off in the instructions. I’ve noticed that when I don’t use it and unplug it, it doesn’t go back to the last temperature I had it set to. Not sure if it keeps the set last temperature when plugged in. It’s very easy to clean since it’s just water that’s used for it. I deep cleaned it once I opened the package and followed the instructions for first use. After I use the kettle I make sure to wipe it down completely with paper towel so no moisture gets stuck and could potentially cause problems. The kettle fits on the device fine, it’s snug. If you buy this product just be sure to press down to ensure it’s on, don’t put too much weight on it, there’s no need. I haven’t seen any leaks while using the kettle. Gooseneck kettles are just the type of kettles that has a certain way to hold it so the water gets slowly poured. There is a hole at the top of the lid that’s for steam to come out. So when pouring, pour slow so water doesn’t leak out from the lid. The kettle and the device feels sturdy and nice to the touch. Lastly, I LOVE LOVE LOVE, using this to make my matcha, I feel like it has elevated my matcha making experience. 💕✨

It looks beautiful and it works like a charm! We appreciate that the heating element is not inside the water but built into the unit. It heats very quickly too! Easy to use and a nice addition to our kitchen.

it is a crowed field of goose neck kettles. unless you are ready to shell big bucks for a hipster-delight fellow kettle. at the end of the day, they all boil water. if you are looking for some additional functionality, at a lesser price, there are plenty of kettles on amazon to choose from. most have a combination of 5-star and 1-star reviews, making it rather difficult to decide which one if best for your needs. after looking at many models, reading hundreds reviews, we stumbled upon this kettle and took a chance. out of the package, the kettle is adorable. like hundreds of others, the design is similar the fellow stagg. many people like the design of handles, which look like miniature canes. but irl, the kettle actually looks nice and the handle is ergonomic and comfortable. the base has a small footprint, the body is small and light. delightful to use for daily hot drinks. it is a bit wobbly in its base when not full of water, and makes clicking noises when rotated, but those are little things that do not distract from an overall good experience. intuitive, easy to use controls. nice and soft moving control button. copper accents add some design flair. the display is easy to read and understand. this is not a kettle if you need to boil a large quantity of water for cooking, cleaning, etc. this is also not a kettle if you need to pour quickly for certain types of tea. goose neck kettles designed for a rather slow flow. kudos to designers for finding a sweet spot for pouring, which will make both coffee and tea drinkers happy. it holds the selected temperature for up to 2 hours. big plus when you have time for another cup or two. given all the bells and whistles, the price is very reasonable. unlike many kettles on the market, which only offer a few presets but cost the same (or more), this kettle allows manual temperature selection. such functionality is important to people who like to drink coffee and different types of tea, that require different brewing temperatures. durability, based on many reviews of kettles made in china, seems more and more the thing of the past. our old kettle, from a well established company, also has manual temperature controls and can hold the temperature for 1 hour. for only $30, it is still kicking after many years of service. we just needed a smaller kettle with a goose neck. glad to finally find the one we like on amazon. this kettle also comes with a generous warranty. fingers crossed, that it will last.

This kettle is very attractive sitting on the counter. It takes no time at all to bring water to a boil. The ability to adjust the temperature in 1° increments makes it very convenient for whatever you would need from 100°-212°. The buttons on the front of the base are very intuitive and easy to understand. The handle has a great pivot point for easy pouring. It is not as large as some kettles listed online but it is large enough for most needs. My previous kettle broke because it was glass so I don't have to worry about that happening again, everything else feels durable and great quality. I don't notice the noise very much, it's about as much as you'd expect for water boiling. I don't know if it is dishwasher safe, that wasn't a concern for me, but you will need a cleaning brush to get the inside. Otherwise everything is easy to clean.

This is the solution I’ve been looking for. I use this to heat water to 100° for using Neil med sinus rinse, both a squeeze bottle and a neti pot. Before I used it I was concerned that 100 might be a tad too high, but I found it to be perfect, just above body temperature but not too hot. I did follow the directions and boil three pots of ordinary water and discard them before using the pot for regular purposes. I did notice a burning plastics smell. I believe that comes from where the handle attaches. In addition, there was a small amount of water that escaped where the handle is riveted to the pot and the pot is a little unstable when it doesn’t have the weight of water holding it down. So one star off for the build quality not being the best. For filling the Neti pot, I am using distilled water heated to 100° adding the Neil med sinus rinse packet and a cap full of alkalol. (This is what my allergist recommends). Perfect temperature for a perfect solution to congestion and clear out the allergens before they become an issue when my allergies are the worst, I will come in from the outside and do a sinus rinse right away. I can’t say anything about longevity, but I am very hopeful that I have found a good and long lasting solution to finding the perfect temperature of distilled water for sinus rinsing. I have a similar pot that I use for coffee and tea, but it did not have the option of going down to 100°. I love the fine temperature control of this pot.

I use it multiple times a day, it works very well. Have been told it’s the fastest hot water kettle, it does heat very quickly. Like that you can adjust the temp and also see after it’s been sitting for a while how much it’s cooled. (Displays water temp when sitting until times out) also has the perfect spout for pour gently over coffee, matcha, tea, oatmeal, you name it.

I love this kettle which meakes it incredibly easy to have the right temperature water for my pour-over coffee and tea--even if I get tied up scrambling the eggs before I get to the coffee ritual. It's very user friendly--easy to figure out how to change the temperature and hold it. The gooseneck is just right for pour-over coffee. I bought it in black, and it looks rather elegant on my counter.

EDIT: I contacted Customer Service, they were quick with a reply. Said to leave unplugged for a few minutes (mine was unplugged for 4 days), make sure the kettle is seated firmly and there is water in the kettle, plug back in and try again. This resets the base unit. It now works. So very happy with the kettle for now. Hope it keep working. I really like how the kettle works, it is fast to heat the water for my morning pour over cup of coffee. Previous review before contacting Custom Service: Don't but it. Sadly, I didn't heed the recommendations on here to not buy it. It worked great for 3 months then, one morning, it didn't heat the water. Then showed E2. It's dead now.

Cumple con todo lo que se necesita para preparar un buen café. Es super fácil y comoda de usar, permitiendote seleccionar la temperatura a la que quieres calentar y mantener el agua en esa temperatura. Es verdad que puedes logar los mismos resultados con cualquier calentadora y un termometro, pero la comodidad de no tener que preocuparte por estar pendiente de la temperatura hace que este producto valga la pena si te lo puedes permitir. Además de eso, me parece que es muy bonita estéticamente y los materiales tanto de la tetera como de la base se sienten de buena calidad. Eso si, recomiendo limpiarla de vez en cuando para evitar que el agua adquiera sabores extraños. Me pasó una vez porque no la lavé durante más de un mes, pero simplemente la limpié con agua y con jabón y se le quitó. Ahora la lavo así una vez a la semana y no ha vuelto a pasar.

El diseño está más que excelente, su función es perfecta, en menos de 5 min ya tienes lista tu agua para el preparado que necesites y te avisa con un sonido, que a mi parecer es poco audible, en general, muy fácil de usar la boquilla se siente algo frágil, un punto a tener cuidado si por alguna razón deseas guardarla en algún gabinete.

Además de ser extremadamente fácil de usar, calienta el agua muy rápido, se ve muy bien (y ya llevo 8 meses de uso diario) y es excelente para V60

Cumple con sus funciones perfectamente pero la calidad del material de la base deja que desear, en especial la pantalla, además de eso fue una muy buena compra.
