I deep fry at 180oC for a matter of seconds, probably a handful at a time. **Q: Can these be air fried?** A: The best i can say is to air fry a few. **Q: what is the sell by date** A: Expiry date is March 2021 on the product I bought about a month ago if that helps? **Q: Are those vegetarian? What are the ingredients?** A: Don't have the packet anymore but they definitely contain prawns.
