Great way to increase the number of electric sockets. Easy to fit so long as you're happy to work on electrics. Took me 10mins from start to finish and looks very professional.

Solidly made, fits in well. This socket needs to overhang a twin socket box a little on each side, so you need a bit of space both sides on the wall. The screw terminals at the back will easily take two ring main 2.5mm twin and earth cables (standard ring-main cables) when two conductors are twisted together and pushed into the brass terminals. I suspect that if they were pushed in as straight wires, you could get 3 wires in. Normally there are only 2 wires in each (ring main GO and RETURN to breaker box) .If you have a spur cable feeding from that socket to an extra socket, then you would have 3 cables, giving 3 Lives (Red), 3 Neutrals (Black) and 3 Earths. I did find that the left mounting screw hole was threaded, which doesn't allow tightening the screw, but a 3mm drill soon cleared that out. The other mounting screws were OK. Bottom line is it looks good on the wall and works well.. Just bought another one of these for my lounge, very useful and solidly made.

I bought this to replace an older and failing dual socket. It was easy to replace and gave me a very handy extra outlet. It is good quality with positive feeling switches for each socket and a fuse once of overloading. I will buy another to replace another single in another room.

The 3 gang conversion changed my twin socket into a 3 gang switched socket,saving me time, money and no mess.Job done in 5 minutes.

Good quality however the third lug should be easy to remove rather than having to chisel out wall.

Very useful Triple 13 A switch Socket outlet and easy to install it would recommend it to anyone coz you dont need to do any extra work but what is important that the cables are long enough so you can connect them into the triple socket. I ordered another triplet skt outlet it arrived this morning and fitted this socket I found it was a bit fidddly getting the screws into the back box also putting the plugs into the skt seem a bit tight than normal I suppose its better to have a tight connection which is far better and more possitive I am qualified Industrial electrician

Poor quality. Stiff to plug in. Contact/circuit not always assured. Bits break off. Not good enough for electrical devices
