Which one out of the three would be best?

I think they are about even with the whitening. I like brushing my teeth the best. If you want extra you could use the pen. It really depends on what you want out of it. Younger people want to keep their teeth really white , so the toothpaste and the whitening pen would be a good combo. I hope this was helpful

What exactly are the differences between the stain, enamel and fresh versions? They all say they have 5% H.peroxide?

The biggest difference is the enamel strength version contains 1.14% sodium monofluorophosphate (fluoride) where as the stain and fresh only contain .76% sodium monofluorophosphate. The fresh version also has a different flavor profile.
