perfect!
This was a great "starter" game for my child as she was able to understand and play. This was entertaining for her as well as for others of other ages wanting to play with her. This is a great game as she has the same chances and ability to win (OR LOSE) as everyone else playing and so this can be used to teach many things from counting, taking turns, being a good sport etc. No ability to read is needed and even younger players with just basic eye hand coordination can play. The game can even be played without the spinner (if it happens to get lost). Great game that can be played for just a few minutes or for hours at a time. The amount of players can easily be changed in between "rounds" for more flexibility and use in larger party settings as people rotate in and out. It is also very portable as there are not a ton of small pieces and it does not take a lot of time to set up or explain to new players. So makes a great waiting room game also. I love the flexibility of this game, and that it can be used with younger players!

Fun Game For Ages 2-5
We purchased this for our 2.5 year old daughter and she has really enjoyed playing this game. Positive aspects of the game: 1. kid friendly pieces: large, durable and easy to clean 2. batteries are not required 3. great for working on motor skills (pulling out carrots) and counting 4. good introduction to game play for younger players: easy concept and has a limited number of rules such as skipping a turn 5. good game to play with a large age range because everyone can get involved Negative aspects of the game: 1. Pulling out the carrots is a little tough and the base is light so another player needs to hold the base while the carrots are being pulled out (this only matters if you are playing that the player who catches the bunny wins) 2. price is a little high for what you get and with older children or even younger kids who enjoy playing games the concept and novelty wears off quickly. Overall, we have really enjoyed this game and having a fun game to share with friends.

Fun and quick family game!!
My son saw this game on Chase's Corner and had to have it. It is a really cute game! I like it because the set up is easy and the concept is simple. You put the carrots in around the bunny hill and click the bunny into place on top. Each player takes a turn spinning and seeing how many carrots to take out or put back in. The bunny pops up on a randomly drawn carrot and the person drawing the carrot is supposed to try and catch him. There are two ways to win, either catch the bunny when he pops (on your turn) or have the most carrots when he pops. The game is really quick and keeps the attention span of my 4 and 6 year old. We can play quite a few rounds of this before they get bored of it. The one thing of note is the bunny is hard to get to stay put, at first. The spring is really "springy". I can get it, but my 6 year old has difficulties. I think the spring is already loosing some of it's rigidity though and it should become easier. Great buy, we love this game!

Adorable game for preschoolers!
This is an adorable game for preschoolers! My daughter is only 3 so we don't use the spinner. Instead we just take turns pulling carrots out and whoever gets the bunny to jump wins. I like that we can use the spinner when she gets a bit older to make the game more fun. I like that it's easy to put together and play. Any child can play it right out of the box. It seems to be made sturdy. The only downside is the base doesn't weigh much so you have to hold the base while pulling the carrot out. You also have to remind your kids not to lean over the game if pulling the carrot out from the other side because the bunny might spring up and hit them in the face! Overall, a fun game!
