This has no color, fragrance, or shine; it is a no non-sense moisturizing balm, which is exactly what I wanted for winter. I put some on once in the morning and evening as it helps immensely. During summer, I only use it once per day, sometimes every other day. Overall, its definitely one of the best moisturizing balms I have found.
