If the jig was "perfect" for drilling then i would have given a 5 star but a reviewer said to watch out cause it wont line up with extenders holes and it didnt, so i was cautious when drilling,,, be careful or you will have 2 holes on one side instead of one

It comes with installation instructions and a paper pattern to guide you for the placement of the hole in the fender. It comes also with a pair of silver M6 screws and square nuts which doesn't match the black color of the extension and fender. The fender extension itself is not a perfect match to my 2022 GW BDCT front fender. I guess you get what you pay...

Looks great once it’s installed, just careful when using the drill, but it is nice

Nice addition to my motorcycle Simple install

The instructions included templates to cut out and use for drilling a hole for one bolt on each side. I carefully cut them out and taped them to the motorcycle fender. Then i drilled the proper sized hole exactly where the template showed. The drilled hole was so far off that there was no way to get the provided bolt thru both holes to mount the fender extension. I had to enlarge the drilled hole almost half again as big as the original in order to get the bolt thru both parts. Now the original fender on my brand new motorcycle is botched due to the inaccuracy of the template ! One would be better off guessing where to drill the hole as to use the provided templates . This has been very aggrevating and now its going to cost me $ 50 plus to replace the original plastic fender on my brand new bike. On top of all this,even with extremely prepping the tack surface ,the provided two sided tape doesn't stay stuck. Total junk !

Fit is good and blends in nicely with colour of the bike...time will tell how long g the double sided tape holds.

This fender extender does the job. With the shiny screws, it’s not the most attractive style. It comes with sticky pads and screws to fit it. I took the opportunity to remove the fender while I had the front wheel off to get pot hole damage repaired. I’m glad I did, it would have been tricky to fit it while the mudguard was fitted to the bike, partly because you need to align it quite carefully when fitting it, partly because you need to clean the underside of the mudguard thoroughly to ensure the sticky pads will work and partly because it would be tricky to drill the holes accurately with it in situ and avoid catching the tyre with the drill. It is nicely shaped to continue the downward curve of the original mudguard and there is a moulded protrusion inside the extender to prevent the square nut from rotating as you tighten each screw. It offers much more protection to the front of the engine. The shiny screw heads are a bit obvious, though and look slightly cheap. Overall, goood item.
