- Kill-A-Watt Electric Usage Monitor- Connect appliances to assess how efficient they are - Large LCD display displays power consumption in Kilowatts/hour - Calculate expenses by the day week month or year - Check quality of your power by monitoring Voltage Line Frequency and Power Factor - Forecast your costs - 0.2% accuracy - ETL approved Review: The OG to identify how much electricity is being consumed by any given appliance within its range. Easy to use and will probably blow your mind to find out how much electricity is being used by appliances that are off. Bought to verify some confusing statements made by LED indoor grow light manufacturer. Stated 200watt LED. Needed to verify what seemed like a ridiculous claim. In fact was. If you care about electric use for appliances, this is, like I said, the OG. Worth every penny. Review: This meter is super useful in coming up with your off-grid power budget. I briefly considered one of the cheaper meters, but really, the kill-a-watt is the gold standard

I have 2 of these to monitor the function of heat cables in a water supply piping system. They do exactly what they are supposed to do and are not very expensive.. Happy camper here.
