This is expensive for a roller - but it's much softer than the other I have - which is why I wanted it...and it does the job...so happy.

I’ve had trouble releasing my SCMs for years! I saw a video on social media from a fascia release educatir who suggested to viewers to try a soft foam roller. This worked for me! I feel so much better.

The roller works as well as any hard foam roller but is much easier on one's body. The roller is just soft enough to be extremely comfortable when stretching, whether it is rolling out legs or back. It's heaven compared to hard foam rollers.

It has a right amount of sturdiness for a beginner i.e not too hard, not too soft. I use it mainly for lower back pain and it works very well.

Perfect degree of softness but yet medium firm so your bones don’t hurt on rolling. Good density and 24” length. Very good quality. Well made. Brilliant blue color.
