Yes it is regulated with a fixed 12 volts output. I am seeing 12.1 on mine. The Isolated is regulated and has a user adjustable output.

Well-built and reliable. The screw terminals are a wee bit small for the wire gauge, making it tricky to use crimp barrel terminals, but this is an issue with multiple Victron products.

Comprato per la barca, per convertire i Volt da 24 a 12 per radio, Vhf ed altra piccola strumentazione... Il problema sta nel fatto che ho dovuto ridurre al minimo il rame dei fili per potervi applicare un capocorda con sezione minima (credo 6). Per il resto fa bene il suo lavoro.

This victron unit was perfect for my application. I have a 24v solar system, so the addition of this allowed me to still supply 12v power to those few things I needed that required 12v. Great value, great quality!
