Does this unit lock and unlock the doors when ignition is turned on oroff?

No. It only locks or unlocks doors when the button on the fob is pressed, not when the ignition is cycled.

My car has manual everything, doors and windows are all manual. Will this work?

It will work, but first you need to install door lock actuators. This kit is only meant to control power locks. Since you do not have power locks in your vehicle, this should be the first step.

Will it fit for 2003 jeep Cherokee larado

This is a universal remote kit. If you have a wiring diagram for your vehicle you can find out what wires in your car can be connected to this remote to make it work in your vehicle. I have used this unit in a 1991 mercedes (pneumatic lock actuators) and a 2002 Range Rover (electctric lock actuators). This unit is pretty simple and works well with excellent range compared to my vehicles with factory keyless entry systems.

Can I use this to roll my power windows down?

Haven’t tried that. But you should be able to. It’d be the same thing as lock/unlock

Small, simple, easy to fit

Nice simple device, very easy to fit with clear instructions if you are slightly technical/savvy. The main challenge is to find/identify where you can fit it where the right wires are located. In my Toyota Regius I could easily fit this in the driver door by simply unscrewing the door switch unit - it had all the wires needed including positive. I didn't worry about the indicator signal but if I was I would have to fit this under the dash somewhere. It took me an hour to identify the wires and for this unit. It works great, opening the doors from a decent distance. Great value for money.

Not Compatible with Polo S 60 from 2010

Sadly I bought this product expecting it to fit into my 2010 VW Polo but it is not compatible. The polo uses one single wire to send the lock and unlock signal even though it has two buttons inside the vehicle.
