This company pays attention to detail from the coffee manual, explaining how to have a better cup of coffee and providing a measuring spoon for the coffee. Got it for camping for our travel trailer. Used it for camping. Left it outside sitting 3 days in cold 36 degree temp and it stood strong and made great hot coffee each morning and throughout the day. I was worried about it using it outside in the elements but this coffee machine is great! Simple to use and the filter tray easy to rinse. Coffee definitely stayed hot for 2hrs plus after brewed. For the price it’s awesome. Definitely recommend it.

This 12 cup drip coffee maker is an excellent value, with great performance and a slightly more compact design than many comparable machines. The shorter, wider carafe helps with this, especially if you’re working with limited counter space or low cabinets. It’s very easy to use, just add grounds to the reusable filter, fill the reservoir, press the button, and you’re good to go. Brewing speed is on par with other machines, and it produces a consistently good cup of coffee with a nice balance in flavor. The reusable filter is a big plus, and the included scoop is a convenient bonus. Clear water level markings on both the machine and carafe make measuring easy, and the 2 hour auto shut-off works perfectly and adds peace of mind. The only minor drawback is that the filter basket holder doesn’t always lock perfectly into place and the lid needs a little extra push to lock it in place. Aside from that small nitpick, it’s a fantastic coffee maker for the price and a great choice, especially if you catch it on sale! Versatile, portable enough for an office setting, and all in all an excellent recommendation!

I’ve been using this coffee maker for just over a week and I drink a lot of coffee so it has already seen a bit of use. I specifically bought this machine because of its 12 cup capacity and permanent filter included. The machine makes 12 cups in about 10 minutes, the filter is easy to clean and produces good coffee. My only real complaint is the short power cord and somewhat flimsy construction but for the $30 I paid it is completely acceptable.

I was looking to replace my coffee maker due to leakage and came across this one on Amazon. The most important feature to me was auto shut off after 2 hrs. for safety. I had a friend that lost her house to a fire that was believed to have started from the coffee maker. I can’t take a chance like that when my dogs are left crated when I leave. I can’t count the times Ive had to turn around and go home to check the coffee got turned off. The second important thing was no bells and whistles. I don’t use them. This model has an on/off switch. That’s it. Great! The third was cost and this came in 1st in affordability for a coffee maker with automatic shut off. I understand this is a family owned business and I love supporting small businesses. Thank you, for a great product at an affordable price! Also, makes a great pot of coffee! Forgot that😂

Simple, easy to use, no frills. But it makes coffee and does it well. No problems, follow the instructions. It's worth it to run a few pots of water through before making coffee.

Bought Gray. At first the burner plate and switch did not work as should. However, it was pluged into 6- pin outlet. Changed to regular wall outlet and so far is heating and functioning okay. Makes good coffee & shuts off after 2 hours. TIP/TIP: DO NOT USE WITH 3-PIN OR 6-PIN ADDITION ELECTRICAL PLUGS.
