Grimm: Aunt Marie's Book of Lore

This is a great book, it is thinner than the one on the TV show, but it is several centuries newer and has photographs rather than bits pushed in between the pages. It is not leather bound like the one on the show, but it does have all the information you need about most of the beasts that Grim has to know about. It is interesting in its own right with the beasts if shows and if there is a beast missing you can always write a new page about that beast with all the information about it, so your future beast catcher/killer will know what to do. This almost feels like the real thing! It look loke the books from the show with the original drawings and written accounts (with translations for most if not all). I would say if you're expecting lots of pictures from the show this isn't for you. There are one or two photos but they're of Wesen. It is set up pretty much like you'd expect Aunt Marie's book of Lore. Also I should say it seeme to be the book post Juliette burning the trailer down do it is incomplete and has pages that look like they've been burnt. If you want a perfect, typed book about Wesen in the show etc steer clear, if you want Aunt Marie's book of Lore, this is as close as you're going to get and I personally love it!

Amazing details in the pictures. It really is almost like one of Nicks books! The only annoying thing I didn’t like was some of the modern bits that appear in the book such as the car key or pens. One day I would love a proper hand drawn and written version, bound in leather!

Loved the series and I love this book, lots of illustrations and interesting stories and information to accompany the series and translations from the original languages, basically if you like Grimm you'll love it.

I absolutely love Grimm, thats why 5 stars, and this book has made my day seeing as i have just purchased the Grimm in Blue ray. However, while looking through the book some of the pages are not glued in properly, so potentially they could fall out, a bit disappointing but I love it so i am keeping it. It would have been better in a binder form.

I think the book content itself is great, just like you see in the series and the illustrations are very good. My only bad point is when I got about 10 pages in the first chunk of pages fell out. I wasn't heavy on the spine so can only assume it wasn't stuck together very well. A little disappointing.

Pra quem é ou foi expectador da série Grimm é muito bom ! Por mim a serie não tinha acabado. Papel utilizado é muito bom, as imagens são idênticas à da serie.

Conforme à l'annonce mais je suis un peu déçue qu'il n'y ait pas tous les wesen et très peu de passages en français ou allemand, mais je ne regrette pas du tout mon achat!

Un libro fantastico e da avere per gli amanti della serie. Nonostante manchino alcuni dei Wesen principali resta un ottimo prodotto per la grafica, i testi e le immagini. È in inglese con alcuni inserti in altre lingue come spagnolo, latino, greco e altre ancora. Consigliatissimo per chi ha adorato la serie tv e vuole sperimentare per qualche momento la sensazione di essere un Grimm!
