WSM Leather Care Balm 250ml

I’ve been using this balm for a couple of months now on a variety of leather items (a 15 year old brown leather jacket, a tan leather armchair that was starting to look dry and cracked, and a dark brown leather bench top) and the results have been genuinely impressive.First thing you notice is the smell – it’s really pleasant. A soft, natural beeswax-and-oil. It fills the room nicely while you’re applying it, then fades to almost nothing once it’s soaked in.Application is dead easy. The balm is soft straight out of the tin, spreads like a thick cream, and absorbs surprisingly fast. On all three pieces it soaked in within 10-15 minutes with virtually no greasy residue left behind – just a subtle low sheen that looks natural, not shiny or plasticky. My jacket looks fresh and the leather is more supple and moves and creases like it did when it was newer. The armchair’s surface cracks have softened dramatically and the colour has evened out – it looks richer and the leather feels more supple. The bench top, which gets a lot of daily wear, now has no visible scratches on it and feels smoother to the hand. A little goes a long way too – I’ve barely made a dent in the 250ml tin after treating all three pieces twice.If you’ve got leather furniture, jackets, or bags that are starting to feel dry or look flat, this stuff properly revives them and brings back that lovely soft, supple feel. Highly recommend.

Excellent leather conditioning cream brilliant fir restoring dry leather to a softer and shiny condition. I have used this on shoes, handbags, belts and coats protecting them and restoring them. Great value for money

Seems to work OK, but not a matte finish, which is what I wanted

A great product that works as well as the competition. The balm is soft and easy to apply, I have just used it on a pair of gloves, and applied it with the gloves on. The balm has soaked in well, and gives a good patina. I will have no problems using this on any leather that needs feeding or a quick rub for water repellence. The balm smells pleasant and has a beeswax note to it. If anybody is worried about that, I can confirm the smell lasts only while it dries or soaks in. All in all a great product from a good seller at a good price. Delivery was quick and the parcel was well packed protecting the product. I would recommend this product and would buy again without hesitation.

Really wonderful product that immediately improved the look of a very old leather bag I had, and within an hour had softened very new and hard doc martens boots. Super easy to apply - I just used my fingers. Lovely smell too!

Very good for old leather cost, and for winter boots...easy to use, gives a good lustre and a bit of waterproofing...

This balsam/conditioner is a definite benefit to leather. The items I have used this on have all been rejuvenated. I have a very old document folio that I thought was past it and applying some of this balsam has given it a soft suppleness and a lustre to its finish. So a good product. Only issue is the instructions on the container are in German. Maybe a sticker with an English translation for the English speaking market would be good.
