Everbuild 101 Multi-Purpose Linseed Oil Putty – Suitable for Single Pane Glass – Natural – 500g

I have just used this putty to put an old Victorian stained glass window in to a frame, it worked extremely well. I decided to use this product rather than a modern acrylic glazing putty because it holds better and as the window is internal the birds can't peck it all out!

Pliable. Easy to use.

Unlike the last reviewer the putty I received was moist and consistent, though a little bit of the oil had separated and dried slightly. Molded together nicely and spread smoothly. Only need a small amount for repairs so very happy as good value for money.

I’m sure this is good stuff but a 500g size will be too small for most jobs. I had 4 x A5 size panes to fit which needed about 2kg at least!

Does the job extremely well takes a little while to harden but it’s brilliant

It came really quickly and is a really good price. I've never used putty before Hopefully practice makes perfect. Updated I used it and there was enough to do the job I wanted but it was very very dry and had a thick skin all over that needed to be removed so half of it went in the bin.

It was good, and just the right size for the job.

Easy to use

this is a great product very easy to us and to clean up, use small amounts at a time as it can get over worked fast.

The glazing putty is just the right consistency and has great adhesion. The putty is very workable. I wore nitrile gloves when kneading and applying it to the windows. I would definitely buy this glazing putty again!

This product works perfectly. One star removed for the really high price. I needed this product to repair heritage windows. It did the job really well.
