It worked very well for the edge of my kitchen counter. It is very sturdy and thick it was easy to cut and sticks very well to the counter. It is very durable. It protected my chairs when they would bang into the counter.

Really nice product for covering your desk edge that always gets banged up by your chair arms. Looks especially nice if you have a dark colored desk. Ordered the 1” thick edge trim and it fit my 1” thick desk top perfectly. It has a fairly soft and cushioned rubber feel. Since it’s rubber it does pick up dust easily but can be cleaned with a wet rag. One caution on install is be patient peeling off the cover for the double-sided tape that makes it stick. It’s possible to pull the double-sided tape off of the edge trim. Overall very happy with this product.

I have an AboveTEK Portable Laptop Lap Desk with Retractable Mouse Pad Tray that I purchased from Amazon. I love it, but the mouse pad is very slippery, and my mouse would not stay on it even at the slightest tilt of the lap desk. It was getting so annoying having my mouse fall off onto the floor, get stuck in the cushions, etc. I purchased the 1/2" U-channel, and it was the perfect solution. My only issue is what do I do with the 19.5' of the U-channel? LOL. I'm sure I'll find some use for it, but it was worth the money for what I needed it for.

Product is pretty good. Easy to install, cut and make custom to fit the turns. However, I ordered a 20-foot length as I needed just under a continuous 14-foot piece for the project. The product arrived and I started the install and discovered that I did not have a 20-foot piece. I had a 13-foot piece and a 7-foot piece. I got it to work, and the extra seam is nearly invisible. Product is good, delivery was good but what was ordered, while it was 20 feet it was not one piece.
