Perfect for laminated flooring with fine woodgrain texture - incredible how much dirt these lift even from visibly clean floors. Wash really well at 40 or below. If they cannot be washed immediately (i.e. waiting for enough items for a machine full), I recommend keeping in a bucket of cold water with a dash of laundry detergent until they can go in the machine; this will prevent any permanent staining.

I have had a lot of steam mops in the past and found that they block up with limescale, take a while to heat up, have short cables and normally last about a year. That's why I decided to try something different and I'm really glad I did. I love my Spinwave. It is so easy to use - it just glides across the floor and although I used Bissel's floor cleaning product to start with (which is a bit too expensive), I now just put some ordinary floor cleaner in it and away I go. It doesn't really clean the grout but neither did the steam mops i've had.

They made a good job of cleaning my floors.

I have a chronic pain condition and this machine is a game changer for me. Super easy to change the cleaning heads. (I would recommend buying extra cleaning pads. I use 4 pads when cleaning.) It is very easy to control the movement during cleaning and my floor is super clean. My only recommendation is I would like it to move faster, but I fear that is a personality flaw rather than a product flaw.

Nothing to dislike works brilliantly and my kitchen floor never came as clean since it was installed and I've had 3 different makes (top) ones too . I'm so pleased I bought it .thank you Bissell. It was so quick.

A lot less 'scrubby' than I expected; also be aware that these are the same ones that come with the device itself, not a different 'grit' as it were.

The pads are perfect for Abel Bissel cleaner and are easy to wash out when dirty
