Instead of me losing my hair by sitting and talking him through everything I purchased this book and told him to read it over the weekend. He did and was througly impressed and more important was able to understand and also manage his spread sheets for his interview.It brings the reader through pretty much everything they need to know initially and in a simple and non verbose manner. Only reason I feel that it doesn't deserve five stars is that it may have been a tad on the short side.
