Hi. This product is actually really good. You could see the writing and picture through the black but this is not a problem at all as once the cup turns white with the hot water it surely is amazing. Got this as a gift for my husband from the kids and he's actuslly fascinated by it aswel as the kids.. the company after my request sent it out straight away and it got delievered to me in perfect timing. Amazing gift. Really amazing for the price. And will certainly impress the recipient.

Absolutely perfect, just what I wanted for my friend's birthday and she loved it!!! A brilliant product, the photo's looked great and it's really good how you can't see them until the cup is heated when a warm drink goes into it. Very, very quick delivery, a lot quicker than you predicted which was great for me as I had unfortunately only decided upon this present very close to her birthday, but it actually arrived well in time for me to send it to her, thanks so much! Highly recommended, A+ service.

I rarely give 1 star reviews, but in this case I'm afraid I have to. The overall quality of the mug I received is very poor. The mug is not black, but a transparent brown-ish, it clearly shows the message I had them print on it. Which defeats its purpose. Not to mention the steep price, it cost me twice the price I paid for the other mug I purchased last year, also through Amazon. Also, the text is not even straight. The mug was supposed to be a present for someone dear to me, but I couldn't give her such a poor quality mug, so now it goes straight to the bin. Just to clarify, I have 2 similar mugs, bought in shop and online from a different seller: their quality is 10x better. What I'm trying to say is: I know this mug could have been much better quality. What a disappointment. p.s. in my case, the seller was The T Bird Gifts Limited.

Picture quality is fab and the magic of it appearing was great! My only negative is I had to send a few messages to find out where to send the photo - this needs to be clearer in the description! Overall though the mug is fab and good value for money!

I loved this- I was a bit weary because I heard that similar products like this show the image on the mug before it's even heated up making it less of a suprise BUT when I got my mug you couldn't see any picture until you heated it up and it was amazing quality I'm so suprised it was so cheap!

I really didn't like the ordering process for this mug. There were no instructions on how to upload the image you want. I had to Google to find out how to do it. I uploaded two photos but only one was used for both the front and the back. There was no possibility of having a preview either. Although the mug was cheap, I would not use this firm again.

Got this for Christmas gift. The effect after the hot water was awesome. He loved it The picture quality wasn't bad and I guess for the price, it was worth it

I loved quick production and shipping of this personalised mug and the landscape orientation image I emailed the seller via amazon wrapped around the mug wonderfully from one side of the handle to another. Overall very pleased with this product and worth 5 stars :)
