I would not recommend using this on a regular basis. But for the Occasional Constipation, it works very very well. Easy to mix with water and I usually add some Mio Sugar Free Flavoring to it. The Orange Flavor as stated here, Honestly I don't know. I had ordered this and received it Three times before even realizing that I was ordering the "Orange" Flavored One. So the Orange Flavoring is Not very Strong (Actually not even very noticeable) at all. But, it works great. See how your body reacts to it and adjust the ammt of powder that you mix with water depending on how you react to it. Might need it a bit stronger or Not quite as strong. Just make sure that you mix it very good and get it to disolve as much as you can > Untill the water is Clear again and has no more cloudiness.

I just started using this product, and so far I like it. However, there is no limiter (e.g., internal plastic lid) to help control the pour. Sometimes it comes out too fast and product is wasted. I would suggest an internal plastic insert with a 1/4 inch round hole. I plan to use a clear plastic Gulden's mustard bottle to help control the pour.

Works just like MiraLAX for me. I will order it again.

Be aware that this orange-flavored variety has a strong presence of the taste of artificial sweetener in it. I plan on returning to the unflavored type when I purchase it next.
