Very quick delivery and perfect for my Gin creations I'm using the Cassia Bark instead of cinnamon as this truer for the Gin ,, interesting making something a little unique also with different herbs and spices ,, very happy with this seller ..

It is what it says it is
Not sure there a lot to say about cassia bark - but it's like cinnamon only harder and imparts a gentle flavour to Indian dishes. Like bay leaves in a casserole, you don't eat the bark. The service was excellent and so was value for money

Not many large pieces.
This was ok but the bark was really splintery. Would buy the whole sticks next time .
