It worked very well and my hair wasn't brassy. I always follow up with a purple shampoo and conditioner for maintenance. **Q: i heard the yellow out product that comes with it fixes the discoloration, my question is it permanent fix or the yellowing reoccure?** A: Because white hair is very porous, nothing is permanent. One should never use anything of a color you don't want in your hair. Therefore, though the yellow out does fix the green/yellow of the straightener, one needs to be alert of the color of the products you use, from volume, sprays, and anything...
