Here's what I did: 1. Soak the noodles in warm water for 15-20 minutes. 2. Rinse them WELL, like really well six to seven times. Removing the starch makes them non-sticky. They'll still have some snap to it. That's where the cooking comes in. 3. Boil water. Cook the noodles for 1-2 minutes. Not any longer if you want to avoid a mushy mess. 4. Rinse again till water runs clear. 5. Add to your sauce!
