I didn’t want to pay the hefty price for them again, so I went on here to look for dupes. In comparison to the gymshark: the bands are actually very nice and they are quite similar! I have been using the light - medium everyday for the past week. The stitching near the labels have come off, but the product is still very useable, and it’s more of a cosmetic issue! I often wear shorts when I work out, and I never had an issue with the bands sliding around! I currently only use them for working out my glutes, however you can definitely use them for other workouts as well! They hold up very nicely and the weights on the bands are very good for versatility!
