Me parecen perfectos salvo que me llegaron con detalle en que el audífono derecho se descarga rapido en comparación con el otro, cuando se me apago el audífono derecho el izquierdo aun tenia 50 de batería aún, me gustaría saber la manera de obtener un remplazo por que no quiero devolución quiero unos audífonos que estén en buenas condiciones

I have a pair of headphones that have RGB lighting, and I was just missing a pair of earbuds that have RGB lighting, and these seemed to be the only options available, so I decided to give them a whirl. I was not impressed at all, and decided to return them after testing them for a day. First of all, I do have to commend the company for their packaging, it looks great and very gamer-y, with the holographic foil and the shiny transparent tubes that contain the swappable shells for the earbuds. I think most of the high cost of the earbuds have gone towards the packaging became the rest of the experience was dismal. Pairing the earbuds was easy, and the app worked... But it wasn't a very good app, nor was it responsive. The UI was clunky, and there was a eternally loading screen if I tried to scroll down to see more RGB lighting patterns to select from. I was not happy with the limited options of lighting scenes I could choose from, so the proudly touted RGB lighting feature was lackluster and disappointing. The lights on the earbuds itself were dim and even at the brightest setting, it was very inconspicuous, defeating the point of the RGB altogether. Sure, it can breathe with the music, but as you can't see them (because you're wearing them), if it's too dim for others to admire, the lights are just a waste of battery. The sound quality is just average, nothing to write home about. They sound like any sub-100 dollar earbuds, with weak bass and treble. The touch pads barely worked, I could only get them to pause and play after I take them out of my ears, which again, defeats the point of them. The design seemed cool but the execution was just not there, so I cannot recommend these earbuds at all. Hopefully someone else or maybe even this company will develop better RGB earbuds in the future.
