The controller worked fine at first, but I couldn't connect it. I didn't know why, but I realized the USB cable that came with the controller wasn't working properly. The light on the controller came on as if it was charging, but it didn't connect to the PS4. However, I used my phone's USB cable, connected it to the PS4, and it connected directly. So the problem isn't the controller; the problem is the USB cable that came with it. If you can't connect it, try using a USB cable from your phone.

Great controller, I'm new to the gaming world at 67 yrs old. But the knob and trigger controls work great. Vibration is cool, and battery life has lasted since 1st charge. Thank You Ace Gamer for a great controller and at a great price. Love it!!

I was down to one controller on the ol PS4. I had taken it apart 3 or 4 different times to clean it and/or fix it. Finally, the battery decided to give up the ghost; I ended up having to charge it up after only about 3 hours after full charge. Finally decided to spring for some new ones, and these were my selection. I am really glad that I chose these. So here is the list: Pros: *Excellent battery life. *Great build quality *Texture better than the original (in my opinion ofc) *Printed graphics applied with precision and obviously made to last the lifetime of the controller *Buttons and sticks all feel nice Cons: After a few months, one controller picked up an intermittent glitch, and displays the battery as full 3 bars, even when it is 2 minutes from dying. The other is perfect still. I am not going to ding the controllers for this, since only one did it, and it could just be a fluke. All in all, these controllers and excellent replacement, and have not failed to meet my expectations. I just keep them both charged after use, so the battery indicator issue is not an issue. I would 100% buy these again. No question.

I've had different issues than the other 1 star reviews. The sticks and buttons themselves work fine, no faulty hardware like stick drift. What I am experiencing is an intermittent response issue, usually with a joystick. I'll be playing and then suddenly there's a response lag. For instance, I'll be using the right stick to look around in a game and suddenly the down direction will move very slow, like the look sensitivity is very low for only the down direction. The issue is always fixed if I restart my controller. This happens frequently, maybe 2-3 times per hour. I don't think the hall effect sensors or buttons are defective, it seems more like the tuning firmware is just crap. I still stand by aftermarket since Sony's ds4 controllers are just as garbage and twice the price, but this brand seems to have quality issues.

Works so well!! Feels great better than the original controller. The bottoms are excellent, pattern is cool, paired with my ps4 with a random cable i had lying around.

For the $, this controller gets the job done. Purchased as a gift for my rambunctious, game yelling, controller throwing, nephew. Hasn’t broken yet! Love, Love, Love!
