The controller worked fine at first, but I couldn't connect it. I didn't know why, but I realized the USB cable that came with the controller wasn't working properly. The light on the controller came on as if it was charging, but it didn't connect to the PS4. However, I used my phone's USB cable, connected it to the PS4, and it connected directly. So the problem isn't the controller; the problem is the USB cable that came with it. If you can't connect it, try using a USB cable from your phone.

This has a good grip and it looks really nice. Works really well and has good control

This is one of the best off brand PS4 controllers I've ever gotten. It's smooth and has a nice grip. The buttons don't stick (an issue I had with the last ones I bought from a different company) and the design is beautiful! 10/10 gonna buy more when I get my place. Included some pictures. Ignore the dirty rug, I'm playing in my uncle's room while he's away and he has absolutely no sense of cleanliness. P.S. Forgot to mention it also has a headphone jack at the bottom that I included in the pictures.

I was down to one controller on the ol PS4. I had taken it apart 3 or 4 different times to clean it and/or fix it. Finally, the battery decided to give up the ghost; I ended up having to charge it up after only about 3 hours after full charge. Finally decided to spring for some new ones, and these were my selection. I am really glad that I chose these. So here is the list: Pros: *Excellent battery life. *Great build quality *Texture better than the original (in my opinion ofc) *Printed graphics applied with precision and obviously made to last the lifetime of the controller *Buttons and sticks all feel nice Cons: After a few months, one controller picked up an intermittent glitch, and displays the battery as full 3 bars, even when it is 2 minutes from dying. The other is perfect still. I am not going to ding the controllers for this, since only one did it, and it could just be a fluke. All in all, these controllers and excellent replacement, and have not failed to meet my expectations. I just keep them both charged after use, so the battery indicator issue is not an issue. I would 100% buy these again. No question.

I was skeptical. I always like using sony controllers for the console but this controller works perfectly for my PS4. Finding a sony ps4 controller in decent condition is hard in my area, so buying this as a substitute is perfect. Definitely would recommend. Works perfectly.

Great controller, I'm new to the gaming world at 67 yrs old. But the knob and trigger controls work great. Vibration is cool, and battery life has lasted since 1st charge. Thank You Ace Gamer for a great controller and at a great price. Love it!!

Been a pretty good controller. It's light, it doesn't drift and it's sturdy enough. It's been dropped a few times - we have a kid and a dog who thinks her body needs to be slammed into everything and even small things aren't safe from her. It connected to our PS4 without issue, very compatible. It feels comfortable in our hands and was worth the money. We only had one issue with it sort of flipping out once where it kept freezing but it was just that once and not again? But our PS4 controller used to do that all the time too. So who knows. Grip isn't sticky, feels good and has been used for many hours of gaming already. Only issue I really have is that it doesn't have the little speaker in it that PS4 controllers have. Nor the light box. Can live without the light box, but if you have a PS4 you know how many games use that little speaker and it sucks not having it. Battery lasts well, as well.
