Best for glass
This product is the best to use with glass. I have tried MANY products and this outshines them all for clearness, strength, and UV protection. reasonable working time, but sets firm.

Seems to work as advertised.
When I uncovered my decorative water fountain this spring, it leaked—a lot. I researched on the net until I found a caulk that seemed appropriate. Most caulks are not suitable for underwater use. I used the Star Brite caulk on the cracks. it's not a beautiful job but the leaks have stopped. The stuff is expensive but I am a happy customer.

the best silicone
I build boats for work, this is the best Silicone made. use it for the correct application and it just plain. works. do not use for pressure or structure

Stops the water leaks in your plumbing
A professional plumber recommended this particular product by name. I later read the description of it and saw it was rated as "Marine-grade" (used for boats and salt water situations) which I assume it a step up from silicone seals that don't have this rating. Anyway, I got to use my first caulk gun and it sure stopped the areas around the kitchen faucets and sprayer from leaking. It's non-toxic like all other silicone sealants but if dries on your skin it will create some irritation (dryness), so try to rub off as much as you can [on a paper towel] while you smear it around with your fingers.

Easy to use
I was using 3m 4200 to seal all items on my boat and was struggling to squeeze it out with a caulk gun. I didnt want to use silicone but this stuff is awesome. I used it to reseal my cabin doors and port windows.

Confusing Directions
I initially requested to return this as I just cut the end off the tube and tried to pierce the seal like on any other tube of caulk but couldn't and thought it was defective. However, what the directions were trying to say is you have to actually screw off the tapered delivery tube and then cut off the end of the tube and then replace the delivery tube. Then the product worked great and I am going to keep the first tube.

As long as you pick out all the old caulk and clean the hull seems with 99% isopropyl and a stiff brush before application, this goo works great. My 1973, Sears Canada, 12 foot aloomium boat has never been this water tight
