Great quality. Works wonders for blood sugar balance

Normal, easy to swallow size. Have now been taking these, 3 a day, for nearly 2 months and what a difference. For me personally I'm taking them to aid weight loss with PCOS. Not sure if they directly affect body fat but the lack of craving I have for sugar now is crazy. I used to be the 'dessert person', and i still enjoy chocolate etc but i don't want to binge it at all. Overall i am less hungry and feel satisfied easier on less food. With PCOS i used to feel hungry all the time, even after i had just eaten. Now i have real hunger, i know when i need to eat and when im satisfied. There's clear distinction now and after a meal i don't immediately think, what's for dessert? I think, do i want dessert? Am i bothered? And more often now the answer has been no. I don't weight myself but i have definitely lost weight since i strted taking these. I watch my calories and do 4x strength training sessions a week and these are absolutely staying part of my staple daily routine now. Also amazing they come in a 2 month bottle, so great value compared to others. 100% worth it.

This wasn't for me personally but a gift for my daughter along with other things i purchased at the same time. She's very satisfied with it and would definitely recommend it

Totally agree with the other review re cravings and hunger! I have a healthy diet anyway so wasn't too troubled by excessive hunger but wow, a NOTICEABLE difference in my appetite, also as someone else said - more satisfied on less food! I was diagnosed with borderline pcos in 2011 and also have skin issues. I believe I am insulin resistant although my blood sugar level is within normal. But I definitely have hormone imbalances. I had taken inositol years ago as a powder but it was myo only, not d chiro. I didn't notice much difference and was a bit half hearted about it. This contains the researched magic ratio of 40:1 and honestly I'll be on it for life now! Amazing difference! Edit June 2023: I see that the new version no longer contains D-chiro, so my review does not apply as the formula has changed unfortunately

I get two in one what’s not to love. This was a quick purchase but I take it daily no matter what. Let’s hope it helps with my pcos. As I’ve just been purchasing the myo.

I tried 2 lots these after a few months of pure myo inositol. Literally no difference in any of my symptoms. Perhaps other people are experiencing placebo effect (which is Valid if expensive really)

I think folic acid isnt the best thing for a supplementation because it is not natural to us and not bioavailable and a large proportion of the population cannot convert it to the active form sufficiently, so folate is a better alternative

I’ve been ordering inositol from this brand for more than half a year but unfortunately two last deliveries shocked me. One was with an opened lid and another was with tablets of a burned plastic. I’ve reported this issues to Amazon, and internal investigation will be arranged.
