There is one thing I have come to learn in life, which is if a I enter a room with someone who has a cold, I am going to get it. Its so annoying as any plans can so easily go out the window by another cold. I have even on many occasions had a cold recovered to get another cold off someone else a couple of weeks later. Since I have developed a Hiatus Hernia, a cold is just a nightmare for me, causes endless vomiting and lots of pain. Someone at work suggested Echinacea, which I tried and was ok but expensive so only gave it a sample. Then I started to have a search round the web for other solutions and come across Immunace. Being a big bloke I thought I would dive in with the Extra version and based off the review already made on these, I purchased 6 months worth. I am now entering month 5. I have not had a full blown cold since I started them! which for me is just amazing. I have had to different periods where I had an un-easy throat and bit of a runny nose, but nothing I would even think about having to miss work for. As I write this I have a bad throat and runny nose, but again that is it and as for affects on my Hernia? not a thing! These will not stop the cold bug fully, but if they work as well for you as they have for me, then these are a MUST have and you will feel a lot more freedom and confidence in planning stuff! without the worry of a cold!

Having suffered from a recurrent bout of painful mouth ulcers a few years ago, I did some research and read that there is sometimes a link between mouth ulcers and vitamin and/or mineral deficiency. I consider my diet and general health/fitness to be good - but of course, modern food processes and farming methods do, I believe, deplete most of our fruit and vegetables from minerals, etc, important to human health. I therefore purchased this multi-vitamin and mineral supplement and took it daily for about a year - and lo and behold, had no recurrence of mouth ulcers. Since then, I've taken it on a more intermittent basis, with still no recurrence of those horrible ulcers. Also during the time I was taking it daily, I didn't catch any colds and other viruses, despite my friends and work colleagues regularly sneezing and coughing their germs about the place! I have now resumed taking this supplement daily, as I'm now in an open-plan office where the colds and coughs are rife and I've succumbed to several viruses in the last twelve months. I'm therefore hoping that this product will work its magic for me again. So pleased was I with the original results, I recommended it to my friends a while back and they too report similar positive findings, including a work colleague who had painful ulcers like me. I'm also really pleased to have found that Amazon are selling this product and its sister item, the extra strength version (which I've tried and is also very good) at a considerably lower price than the high street chemists and health food outlets.
