damaged tin
I like the product since I bought it as a souvenir for collection. However, when I open the paper box today I found the tin was distorted that I can give it as a gift for collection. Besides, I didn't know this product was no return or replacement. I want to lodge a complaint and apply for a replacement of a normal product without any damage.

Poor quality
Looked Ok but when arrived it was of poor quality and not what I expected as a Diamond Jubilee Souvenir tin. Wouldn't recommend to buy it.

Dented and impossible to replace
Was bought as a gift but arrived dented so not suitable for gifting. I tried to request a replacement but get a robot message that item is not suitable for return. Very disappointed

Tin damaged and no return. Very disappointed.
The tin has a large dent in it and I’m told I am unable to return for an exchange. Not happy as this was a gift.

Magnifique boite de thé, représentant notre regrettée Reine Elisabeth II. Commandées et reçues pour son jubilé, bien avant son décès. Je les avaient commandées pour faire des cadeaux et en avoir une pour moi (j'en ai commandé trois en tout) Le thé est très bon et goûteux, la boite est de qualité et si jolie, avec toutes ces photos de la Reine et de son Mari.
